What I said about the Zune not so long ago also applies to the iPod, even the brand new models. There is essentially nothing new or noteworthy about this market in general, or Apple's offerings in particular.

Despite a perfunctory attempt to portray the iPod Touch as a portable game machine, even Apple seems to recognize that this game is played, they won, and now a media player will be a feature of your game machine, or your mobile, or your camera (of course, your camera is also a feature of your mobile, so I think we can resolve that phones are the portable consumer device that all other features will be glued to).
