Update: the mystery cherry lambic beer was St. Louis Kriek. I'm gonna get me some, though at $60/12, I'm gonna get me a couple of bottles, not a case.
Serif? Sans-serif? Science suggests it doesn't matter.
I've referenced this many times in the past, and then they went and changed the URL. Found again: Levels of Suck Explained.
Went to Eat! Fraser Valley and tasted a fairly intriguing Kriekbier, which I'm trying to get the name of. Cherry lambics can have some pretty bizarre flavors, and this one was good, maybe the best I've had (not a huge sample). Also tried Yanjing beer, which I did not enjoy. I'd put that down partly to it being a light lager, a style I'm not naturally attracted to, and partly due to it being a mediocre beer. The same importers had a sample of Chinese-made sake, and it was one of the most repulsive alcoholic beverages I've ever tried.
I could barely finish it!

I'm making another note to myself, which is this test message right here. I'm trying to see if my anti-spam filtration system is working okay.
